Tulamyz Healing was born out of the need for more balance in my life and from the same need I see in others. There is a lot of joy at the calm center of your internal and external balance.

We are inundated with the conversation that your life is meant to be lived in extremes.

With Biofield Tuning, mindful relaxation, and breath I help you shift from overwhelmed overthinking to a calm mind and aligned energy. This shift opens the door to new possibilities of inner freedom and sustained well-being.

With Biofield Tuning, I use tuning forks and sound to target your nervous system for relaxation. This calm and relaxation makes space for awareness and observation of your mindset.

Becoming aware of your mindset and its fluctuations and influences provides the opportunity to respond and release your attachment to those thoughts and patterns of reaction and make space for all the goodness coming your way.

The truth is . . .

I’m not the calmest person in the world and I’m not the most patient either but I truly have witnessed much more balance in myself that’s allowed me to appreciate my day-to-day life so much more! 😊

When I’m “out of tune” I hold a lot of tension both physically and emotionally. Biofield Tuning, sound healing, yoga, stretching, getting off the computer, going to the beach, and moving my body get me right back on track!

After my last substantial health hiccup in 2014, which resulted in extreme anxiety for the first time in my life and a post-traumatic stress reaction, there were several things that I did to help get me through it (which wasn’t an easy or short process!). I dove into meditation, my yoga practice, yoga nidra was a constant, acupuncture, energy healings, reiki, and eventually sound healings (thank you Tulum and Bali for the exceptional introductions to sound!). My further exploration into the healing benefits of sound led me to Biofield Tuning and I became a certified Biofield Tuning practitioner in 2019.

Since then life has taken a lot of ups and downs (as it does!) and with that, my personal growth has been exponential. I give a lot of credit for that growth to my dedication to the practice of both offering and receiving sound therapies.

My awareness is heightened but my mind is quieter (more balance 😉), supporting me to be closely in touch with my intuitive healing abilities and I’m thrilled to share all of this with you for your healing journey.
